1–2 teaspoons Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil or Ghee

- Pour your chosen plant milk into the saucepan. Whisk in the ground turmeric, grated ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper
- Add your healthy fat source, such as coconut oil or ghee
- Gently whisk the mixture constantly for about 3 to 5 minutes until hot and steaming
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for one minute before stirring in raw honey or maple syrup
- Strain the drink through a fine-mesh sieve into a mug
- Use a hand frother to create a light foam on top before serving
Notes
Always source organic turmeric for maximum health benefits.
Adding black pepper is necessary for curcumin absorption.
For a silkier texture, mix spices with warm milk before adding to the saucepan.
