Ingredients

2 cups Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger (grated)
1 pinch Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamo
12 teaspoons Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil or Ghee


Instructions

  1. Place a small saucepan over medium-low heat
  2. Pour your chosen plant milk into the saucepan. Whisk in the ground turmeric, grated ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper
  3. Add your healthy fat source, such as coconut oil or ghee
  4. Gently whisk the mixture constantly for about 3 to 5 minutes until hot and steaming
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool for one minute before stirring in raw honey or maple syrup
  6. Strain the drink through a fine-mesh sieve into a mug
