Ingredients

1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
1 medium Fresh Orange (Peeled)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Coconut Water
1/2 inch Fresh Turmeric Root
1/2 inch Fresh Ginger Root
1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
1 teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener (Optional)


Instructions

  1. Load the liquids: Pour the coconut water and coconut milk into the blender base first
  2. Add the aromatics: Drop in the fresh turmeric and ginger
  3. Add the frozen fruit: Place the frozen mango and pineapple chunks into the pitcher
  4. Include the orange and hemp: Add the peeled orange segments and the hemp hearts on top
  5. Blend on high: Start the blender on a low speed and gradually increase to high for 45 to 60 seconds
  6. Adjust consistency: If too thick, add more coconut water; if too thin, add more frozen mango
  7. Pour and enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a tall glass

Notes
