Ingredients

1/2 Cup Natural Creamy Almond Butter
1/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Ground Flaxseed Meal
1/2 Cup Vegan Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, ground flaxseed meal, and flaky sea salt
- Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and fold until well combined
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to firm up
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes before serving

For nut-free option, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
