1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (optional)


Instructions

  2. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and fold until well combined
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to firm up
  5. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes before serving

Notes

For nut-free option, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
