3 tbsp Tamari or Coconut Aminos
1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
Green Onions & Sesame Seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Soy Mince: If you are using dried soy chunks, rehydrate them in warm vegetable broth for 10 minutes, then squeeze out every drop of excess moisture
  2. Sear the Protein: Heat your avocado oil in a large wok or heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add the soy mince in an even layer and let it sit undisturbed for 2-3 minutes
  3. Sauté the Aromatics: Push the soy mince to the edges of the pan and drop the minced ginger, garlic, and sliced chilies into the center. Sauté for about 60 seconds
