1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
4 large Garlic Cloves, minced
1–2 Red Chili, sliced
2 medium Bell Peppers (Red and Yellow), sliced
1 cup Snap Peas
3 tbsp Tamari or Coconut Aminos
1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
Green Onions & Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Soy Mince: If you are using dried soy chunks, rehydrate them in warm vegetable broth for 10 minutes, then squeeze out every drop of excess moisture
- Sear the Protein: Heat your avocado oil in a large wok or heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add the soy mince in an even layer and let it sit undisturbed for 2-3 minutes
