This Weight Loss Fat Burning Smoothie offers a refreshing, tangy flavor with a creamy texture that satisfies your hunger without weighing you down. It utilizes high-fiber greens, metabolism-boosting seeds, and clean protein to keep you fueled for hours.


Ingredients

1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 handfuls Fresh Baby Spinach
1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 scoop Clean Protein Powder (Monk Fruit Sweetened)
1/2 inch piece Fresh Ginger
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice


Instructions

  1. Pour the almond milk and lemon juice into the blender base
  2. Add the spinach on top of the liquid. Blend just the liquid and the greens for 30 seconds
  3. Add the frozen berries, ginger, and chia seeds
  4. Add your protein powder last
  5. Blend on high for 60 seconds or until the mixture is completely uniform
  6. Adjust consistency if needed by adding more almond milk or ice cubes

Notes

Drink immediately after blending for the best texture.

Can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours in an airtight container.
