Description

  3. Cook the Hearty Veggies: Add the cubed sweet potatoes, cover the skillet for 5-7 minutes until they are fork-tender
  4. Introduce the Colors: Add zucchini and bell peppers, cook on a slightly higher heat for a quick sear
  5. Season with Intention: Sprinkle in smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper, stirring well
  6. Wilt the Greens: Add fresh spinach and toss until wilted and bright gree
